Day-long Hike and Learn: Spring, Summer, Fall  2024

Hike & Kayak: June 22nd
Spend the day connecting to the water on June 22, 2024 Learn the basics of Kayaking and water safety in Glendalough State Park by Battle Lake, MN. Enjoy a picnic lunch, a 3. 2-mile hike and an afternoon kayaking the stream and lake found at Annie Battle Lake.

Hike & Forage: August 17th
​Spend a day connecting to the land on August 17th. Learn how to gather and prepare wild edibles, and listen and learn as we hike with local farmer Noreen Thomas. Enjoy a garden-harvested and wild-sourced picnic and go home with a few wild recipes.

Hike & Backpack:  October 12th
.Learn how to prepare for longer trail hikes, and get to know a seasoned Northern MN hiking guide, Haley Brickner, as she leads you through a section of the Superior Hiking Trail. Enjoy an organic lunch on the trail and some reflection time as you gain the confidence to try some thru-hiking in the future with She Ascends
