Hike & Learn: The Art of Charcuterie
Join us for a unique evening of movement, connection, and creativity!
Date: June 12th, 2025
Time: Arrive at 5:45 PM to begin the adventure. We will hike first, and then around 6:45 PM, we will make our way to the Charcuterie class.
Location:
• Hike: Dike East/Lindenwood Hike (100 2nd St. S, Fargo, ND 58103)
• Charcuterie Class: The 1889 Event Center (602 Main Ave, Fargo, ND 58103)
We’ll kick off the evening with a 5-mile hike along the scenic trails of Dike East/Lindenwood, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect with nature, others, and yourself.
After the hike, we’ll gather at The 1889 Event Center for a hands-on charcuterie board workshop. You’ll learn about different types of cheese and their perfect pairings, master the art of making a salami rose, and discover how to design a board that’s both beautiful and delicious.
Once your board is complete, you’ll have time to relax, chat, and enjoy your creation. Beverages, including wine, cocktails, mocktails, and sodas, will be available for purchase.
Plus, you'll walk away with your own She Ascends Chacuterie board.
